When the Drillers Baseball game is over, you will need to exit the stadium.  You will go to your cars and retrieve your tents.  Once the stadium is empty you will be checked back into the stadium and go through a brief orientation with a Drillers Staff member before going to the field for camping.

 

Please Read Carefully!!!

 

1.     Leave all sleeping equipment in vehicles during the game.

1.Security (uniformed, off-duty, Tulsa Police Officers) and Drillers Staff will be available throughout the sleepover.

3.     Cub Scouts must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4.     Two deep leadership is required for all Pack, Den and Troop for the sleepover activity.

5.     Please be prepared to help clean up the field in the morning.

1.Wake up will be at 7:00 AM. All Scouts are to be picked up at Drillers Stadium no later than 8:00 AM Saturday morning.

2.Water and restroom facilities will be available throughout the night.

3.This year there will be an activity area in left field as well as the movie.

 

GUIDELINES FOR SCOUT SLEEPOVER

 

1.Appropriate adult supervision is required for each pack, troop or crew attending the camp out.

2.Each Leader is responsible for the actions of the youth and adults with the pack, troop or crew. You must know where your boys are and what they are doing at all times.

3.Each Leader must follow the guide to safe scouting guidelines.

4.First Aid is the responsibility of each unit or family. Please try to make arrangements with parents who can provide necessary care in the event of an accident.

 

CAMPING GUIDELINES

1.Due to the volume of campers for this event we strongly encourage small dome or pop-up tents!!!!  Space for camping is limited!! 

2.No chairs, cots or any items that could puncture the field allowed. Tent stakes may not be longer than 8” and no stakes with a larger diameter than 3/8” allowed.

3.No food, drinks, or gum allowed on field- (water will be provided).

4.No lanterns of any kind. Flashlights are acceptable.

5.No camping item that requires kerosene or any other type of chemical allowed on field.

6.Utilize the restrooms, NOT THE FIELD!

 

The following areas are OFF LIMITS:

1.     The infield                                                

2.     The dugouts and dugouts steps                

3.     The bullpens

4.     The ground shed areas

5.     The seating areas

6.     All buildings, sheds, and stands

 

The Tulsa Drillers reserve the right to amend this list at any time prior to or during the sleepover.

If any of these guidelines are not followed, you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS.
